WHAT IS SHOPPING?

What is shopping?

Shopping is the act of purchasing products or services. It can take place in a physical store or online and may entail exploring, comparing prices and products, and making a purchase. Shopping can also be considered a recreational activity or kind of entertainment.

Is shopping fun?

Is Shopping Fun?

I'm guessing you enjoy shopping too much. Compared to the majority of people, at least. If that's the case, you've developed a repeating habit for yourself that can lead to shopping addiction because you're utilizing it as a coping mechanism. Whenever we use anything in life to make us feel good, we are avoiding actual happiness, because I am betting you don't feel as happy unless you can purchase it.

You understand best how buying makes you feel. Close your eyes and feel your feelings in the chest and upper belly, where the most emotions are located. Think about or pay attention to what you are looking at (focus) and how it makes you feel good and enthusiastic to think about shopping.

Next, close your eyes and think about not purchasing anymore. Use several scenarios that are convincing to your subconscious mind, such as:

I'll be bro for the next 3 weeks.

My credit cards are maxed out.

How did it make you feel? Did you feel anxious when you thought about not being able to shop? as you got at the jackpot and can shop for the rest of your life whenever you choose! If that concept made your day, suggest you're addicted, or at least dependent, on buying.

That is why it makes you feel so amazing. You are over-trained in your emotions to respond to a shopping stimulus, leaving out other things that could make you happy. Shopping becomes more familiar as your emotions release positive chemicals into your brain to encourage you to continue shopping.

Why do I hate  shopping?

Why Do I Hate Shopping?

If you hate shopping, you're not alone!

"Getting half-naked in front of the dressing room mirror makes me nervous."

"I don't know what looks good on me."

If you give me 1000 rupees for shopping, I'll put that money in my pocket. "SAVE MONEY."

I don't enjoy shopping, whether it's for fruit, clothes, or even drugs. The reason I don't like shopping is that it confuses me a lot. By the way, have you ever experienced buying the same jeans at different prices?

  1. 800 Rs
  2. 2500 Rs

If you ask the staff there,

“Excuse me! These are the same jeans, but why is their price different?”

The staff might reply:

“Yes, Sir! Absolutely Sir! The Rs 800 jeans are worn only by uncultured people. Even the spirit of Ballu resides in these jeans, which will never let you walk on the road peacefully. And yes, sir! The Rs 2500 jeans are worn only by wealthy people. By wearing them, you can walk, sit, or even fly through fire. Sir, even Superman flies in these jeans. Sir, with these jeans, you can even challenge the great Khali in height. That’s why you should buy these Rs. 2500 jeans.”

I was like:

“No, sir! I prefer to buy the Rs 800 jeans.”

Staff:

“But sir, it has a spirit of Ballu, which won’t let you work peacefully on the road.

Me:

“No, Sir! It’s alright. Anyway, I’m just going to sit in the closet wearing you, so bye!”

I don't know why people are so obsessed with expensive things. I prefer to be frugal. I don't want to waste my money unnecessarily. If there are two identical jeans, I’ll choose the cheaper one.

And that's a good use of money. I don't want to wear Rs 2500 jeans, and anyway, nobody cares about my jeans brand.

Bad dressing sense

Bad Dressing Sense?

I have poor fashion sense. Naturally, I learned about this from other people. For me, it doesn't matter which t-shirt matches which pair of pants. Anything strikes me as neat and loose. That doesn't bother me in the least. When I buy clothes, I have to be extremely certain because I will be wearing them the next day. I mean, those clothes look amazing in the store, but I have no idea what will happen when I get home. I have a sudden suspicion that I'm wasting money. I'll say something like, "I'm not sure what kind of high I get when I buy clothes." Rather, it would be better to watch a movie. Perhaps the store has a unique quality as well. Not to worry; I should take their mirror.

I don't know about you, but I really like loose and oversized clothes. because I don't have to wear anything and I need them.

While randomly schooling through Instagram, I keep getting suggestions for oversized clothes like mine. I don't know how Google knows this. because if I accidentally search for something, Google fills my entire social media with it.

I remember once going shopping. There wasn’t even a changing room. They’ve built such a big shop, or at least made a small changing room. Moreover, I asked them where the changing room was. They said, “Brother, you’re a guy; just change in front of us.” What kind of thing is this? Firstly, why should I change in front of you? Secondly, just because I’m a guy, should I change anywhere? But anyway, I bought something from there because I can’t show my body in front of anyone like that. I'm a shy guy, you know!

Going shopping with mom is the worst thing in the world. because I have to try on more than 1,000 clothes in the store. And even then, moms don't like anything, which frustrates the staff too. But if you end up buying something, you have to show it to everyone at home at least once.

Shopping is very frustrating for me. In fact, I even searched Google for “shopping tips for boys,” and the results are so confusing. I always get stressed whenever the word'shopping’ comes into my mind.

While I appreciate getting new goods every now and then, I despise shopping. I despise crowds, and nowadays people are so unpleasant and thoughtless. It causes worry, and I find myself sidetracked and unable to locate anything I want; even when I do, it is never my size. I also have a difficult time spending money on items I don't actually need.
